this mirror was easy to install and works perfectly to see behind and on the sides of my ford explorer.

Purchased this item to cover a major blind spot. The mirror offers a great view but images in the rear view vibrate which makes them distorted. Tried putting sponge rubber to provide increased padding support against existing mirror but this only eliminated some of the vibration. Tightened the mirror as tight as I could with out breaking the existing mirror and this did not eliminate rear view vibration. Finally gave up and removed mirror. I was surprised at how well it did in eliminating glare from headlights of cars behind me.

I am so pleased with this purchase. I've always thought of buying one so that I didn't have to look over my shoulder when driving to check for blind spots (which can be dangerous on the highway, especially) and was unsure if it actually worked the way I hoped and it's fabulous! It took me a little bit of driving to get used to it, but after driving a few hours I loved it and will never go without it! Since it clips on it's transferrable to another vehicle. And the price (only $20.00) was great! Fast shipping! I highly recommend this product!
