Usually never buy any extended warranty but decided to use SquareTrade since the price was very reasonable and I use Ebay for most everything. So I bought my daughter an IPod Nano and picked up the warranty just in case. About 8 months into ownership, the IPod just stopped working. After trying everything, I decided to use the Warranty and within a few days of filing the claim, I had my full purchase price returned. The process was so simple and painless, I couldn't believe it. Customer Service was top notch and service was very fast. Already have SquareTrade warranties on other items and am confident that they will stand behind their product. Thanks SquareTrade for a very pleasant and smooth exoerience.

I purchased this type of warranty from Square Trade for a 4th generation iPod touch that I bought from Amazon for my 11 year old grand daughter. I purchased the iPod in Feb of this year. This Nov her 7 year old sister dropped it cracking the screen. I contacted Square Trade and they emailed me a Fed Ex shipping label to send it out to their repair shop. The screen was replaced and returned in wonderful working order. This is not the first warranty I've bought from them. But it is the first time I've had to use one. Will now only deal with them on any new purchases in the future.
